The short version. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no login, no shop, no forms and no tracking scripts. I do not know who you are and I have no way of finding out. The only data that exists is the standard traffic log my hosting provider keeps.

This policy covers this website only. My games have their own situation — see “Games and platforms” below.
Nothing that I ask you for. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, no comment section, no contact form and no shop on this website. There is nothing here that invites you to hand over personal information.
Server logs. The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like every web server, it records technical request data: your IP address, the time of the request, which page you asked for, and your browser’s user agent string. This happens automatically and is needed to serve the site and to protect it against abuse and attacks. I do not use these logs to build a picture of individual visitors, and I do not combine them with anything else. Microsoft retains them on my behalf for a limited period as part of the hosting service.
No cookies. This website does not place cookies on your device — not functional ones, not analytical ones, not advertising ones. That is also why there is no cookie banner.
No analytics or trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmapping, no A/B testing, no advertising tag and no social media tracking script anywhere on this site.
This site links out to places like Steam, YouTube, Facebook, X and Instagram. Following such a link takes you to a service I do not operate and that almost certainly does track you. Their privacy policy applies from the moment you land there, not mine. Simply having a link on my page does not send anything about you to those services — you have to click it.
My games are distributed through platforms, and those platforms have their own data practices that I cannot control.
Until recently this website ran a WooCommerce shop with customer accounts and Mollie payments. That shop is closed and the account system is gone.
Order and invoice records from that period are kept offline for as long as Dutch tax law requires me to keep them (seven years from the end of the financial year concerned), and for no other purpose. They are not used for marketing and are not on this website. Everything beyond that legal retention obligation has been removed.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier.
For this website, there is in practice very little to exercise those rights on — I hold no account, no profile and no mailing list. For anything from the old shop, or if you simply want to check, mail privacy@gamefeelings.com and I will answer within the period the law prescribes.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
The site is served over HTTPS and is fully static, which removes most of the ways a website can leak data in the first place — there is no database and no server-side code behind it. I use reasonable measures to protect what little there is, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

If the website changes in a way that affects your privacy, I will update this page and change the date at the top. Since the site collects nothing, such a change would mean I started doing something new — and in that case it will be stated here plainly rather than buried.
